Hi my name is Gemma and I’m a busy mum of 3. For me, Pilates has always been a release, something just for me where I can let go and connect with my breath and body. Pilates has made me stronger physically, mentally, and helped me to achieve greater balance in my life.
I have obtained my qualification through Body Organics, a Pilates Association Australia recognised training provider, and I would love you to join me and embrace the Pilates burn!

Specially designed sessions for parents/carers and little ones. Rebuild strength and connect with your breath and body in a welcoming space where you can flow with bub. These sessions are designed around babies not yet mobile- up to about 6 months. Please make sure you’ve had the okay from your doctor to be moving 😊
